Hoʻomau-A Mai Grille Luau

Pele, known as the goddess of fire and lava, is seen as a woman with great poise and power. As she travels through Polynesia in search of a new home, she leaves Tahiti and begins her journey north. She meets the Maori people of Aotearoa New Zealand, the warriors of Samoa, finally reaching Hawaii where she meets her match in a demigod; a man born both the blood of mortals and gods. This demigods name was Kamapuaa. Some say he still tries to romance her today, growing beautiful lush forests where she once laid waste to the land with her lava.
